Boardroom Rental (Half Day)

Cancellation Policy

By booking the Outpost Boardroom, you acknowledge that the space is located on a lower level accessible by stairs only. Please review the following conditions: - Booking Duration: Half-Day (4 hours) or Full-Day (8 hours) rentals. - Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking via credit card. - Key Access: Keys are provided via lockbox. Access instructions are sent via email after booking. - AV Equipment: AV setup is included as listed; additional requests should be noted in the booking form. - Overnight Setup: If booking multiple days, you may leave materials in the boardroom overnight. - Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. - Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage during their booking period. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these terms.
